pre-teen learning through physical computing

Ever wondered what work our kids will be doing when growing up? An estimated two-thirds of today’s elementary-school kids will be involved in work which currently does not exist. These rapid changes are a challenge to school curricula and for the staff preparing our kids for their future.

While today's kids are considered digital natives, and are far more comfortable with the technology that surrounds them, they are, often by design, mainly passive consumers of such technology.

Eye[4]tech aims at supporting schools in adding Digital Creativity in the current curriculum through both in-school or after-school activities in physical computing to enhance the digital literacy of our digital natives.
